This was the experience of the Ecommerce Pro CDMX AI-Driven 2025

The past thursday, april 3we are celebrating the second edition Ecommerce Pro CDMX, organized with much love by the Geotelecom Mexico team. We were very excited to offer this great event and to give our support to the first presentation as a teamAnd although the traffic in Mexico City didn't help the beginning to be so wonderful, the end was. Do you know what I mean?

That's why we want to share with you our favorite moments so you can relive the excitement and remember the valuable content shared by the speakers on this magical night.

The keynote: AI for digital marketing

The inaugural talk was given by the team from Geotelecom MexicoAnd if you don't remember our names, I'll repeat them in order of appearance: Diego (the mere mere mere), Dani (the guy who loves chilaquiles), Elisa (the one with green hair), Angi (she warned us about giveaways), Maira (with anti-reflective lenses so we could see her better) and Jhohan (the one who said he loves soccer).

We explain the importance of using the Artificial Intelligence in digital marketing strategies for ecommerce and other types of businesses. With Dani from ADS, we explored the possibilities that AI gives us in the ad optimization and with what type of campaigns work best.

From the SEO department, Elisa told us about new strategies that consider AI, such as AEO and GEOfor answer the search intent through language models such as Siri, Alexa, ChatGPT and Gemini; and Angi explained to us how to apply the SEO for the high sales seasonWe also explain the importance of the traffic coming from these SEO strategies. 

With Maira, we discovered the benefits of the automation in the accompaniment of the roadmap the customer, using as a main axis the hyperpersonalization in the user experience. And finally, Jhohan presented us with a quick and easy solution for improve the commercial area with the optimization of the filling of service contracts, thanks to artificial intelligence.

After a theoretical explanation and full of success stories, we were able to appreciate Artificial Intelligence in action in the business strategy of Francisco Chavez, CEO of Cervexxa. He shared with us the three tools he uses for design your advertising: ChatGPT as a strategic source, and Midjourney together with Runway to generate images and videos. With these examples we were able to understand how implementing AI saves us time, money and generates ample profitability, even if you have a small staff.

To close with a flourish, we count with experts in digital marketing: Jacobo Sutton (CEO of doto), Josselyn Durán (Ecommerce Manager) and Alyn Chávez (Sr. Ecommerce Manager of Office Max).), with the expert conversation being moderated by our dear colleague Hector Ysita (Marketing Coordinator).

The topic of the panel of experts was how they apply the AI in your processes and what challenges they face in their areas of expertise. They gave us great tips on how to apply the AI for the peak seasons and also put on the table the importance of mediating the use of this tool with our intelligence and expertise human.

And if you are wondering who they are and if you were able to meet them, I can tell you that thanks to Mauricio from Leadin IT (the handsome guy with the glasses), we have the wonderful kiosks attendees were able to interact with them, shop at doto, review everything about the event and learn more about this great Mexican company.

On the contrary, Carlos de QUISO was unable to join us, but was responsible for having a divine bag with giveaways stationery to make them think of us when they use them, as well as the second little gift from the SEO department: a list of prompts to optimize content for AEO and GEO.

Other great contributors who listened to them throughout the night included SHURE and QSCWe had the support of the people who helped us to sound loud and clear, so that no words were lost. Last but not least, we counted on the collaboration of CERVEXXA and MEZCAL INTENSO. Thanks to them, we enjoyed some tasty and slightly loaded mezcalitas.

Conbebencia and laughter

If you were one of those who decided to take up the afterworkI can guarantee you that those Spanish drinks and dishes revived us to continue talking, taking pictures and laughing for having been part of one more event in the history of Geotelecom Mexico.
