If you provide us with Data we understand that you agree with the terms of this Notice, the purposes of the processing of your Data, as well as the means and procedure that we make available to you to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in section VI of this Privacy Notice.

This privacy notice is applicable to any person who provides their personal data anywhere in the world and by any electronic means through the website called geotelecom.mx.

1. PURPOSES

The Data collected is processed for the following purposes (the "Purposes"): - We collect your Personal Data for:

1. a) Identify the client and provide him/her with the required advice and information. b) Create a database on behalf of the company.
2. c) To issue the corresponding tax receipts for the services rendered. d) To keep statistical records of consumption in order to offer a comprehensive service.
3. e) Ask you directly for your opinion about the functions you wish to see on the platform. f) Receive and identify service requests, complaints or suggestions.
4. g) Conduct surveys or newsletters by geotelecom Mexico.

In the event that we enter into an agreement with you in connection with a service offered by us, your Data will be used for the fulfillment of the obligations arising from that legal relationship. In the event that we do not enter into an agreement with you, the Data you have provided to us will be blocked and subsequently deleted.

Information that has been blocked may be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal provisions such as tax or commercial nature and then deleted.

III. DATA COLLECTED 

We collect your personal data directly when you request advice or specialized information; in order to provide you with any of the services we stipulate in our catalog. The data we obtain by this means may be, among others:

1. DATA TRANSFERS  Based on Articles 36 and 37 of the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, the data may be lawfully transferred for the Purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice to holding companies, subsidiaries or affiliates under common control of the controller, or to a parent company or any company of the same group of the controller that operates under the same internal processes and policies.
2. DATA PROTECTION The protection of Personal Data is guaranteed and they are protected by administrative, technical and physical security measures to prevent their loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or improper disclosure. Under no circumstances will the company disclose to third parties the data provided to it without the prior express consent of the owner of the data, except as provided in section IV of this notice. The data obtained through the website geotelecom.mx will be safeguarded by the databases of the company and its handling will be exclusively in charge of the personnel belonging and trained by the company, so you can be sure that they will not be used, transmitted or manipulated improperly. As a matter of the nature of the services provided by the company, the data will be available to the company for any type of consultation in matters involving the same user on different occasions, so that once provided certain data, these may be used by the company as many times as it deems necessary for the provision of the service.

ARCO RIGHTS You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition and revoke your consent for the processing of your data (ARCO rights) by submitting a request at the company's facilities; in writing or by e-mail to the following address  contacto@geotelecom.mx.  Such request must contain at least: (a) your full name; (b) indicate whether the request is submitted in person or through your representative, (c) your address, (d) your telephone number;(e) indicate whether you agree that the notifications we make in connection with your request shall take effect through the email you provide us; (f) the clear and precise description of the Personal Data with respect to which you request to exercise any of the ARCO rights, (g) if applicable, your express manifestation to revoke the consent to the processing of your Data; (h) any other element that facilitates the location of your Data (date on which the Data was provided to us, identification number of the event held, person who attended you, areas involved) and (i) the documents that prove your identity and/or personality with power of attorney.

Remember that in accordance with the Law, in order to process your request you must first prove your identity or personality through personal attendance by presenting an original and copy of your official identification and/or power of attorney.

When submitting requests for Access and Rectification and if you reside outside the territory where the company is located, you may submit the request electronically attaching a digitized copy of your official identification and / or power of attorney and wait for our news with instructions to proceed. Likewise, the holder guarantees that the data provided are reliable, accurate and complete, for which he/she is responsible for any damage and prejudice due to falsehood or impersonation. In the case of requests for rectification, you must attach the documents proving the request and the specific Data you wish to modify. Said documents must be submitted in original and copy for comparison.

The rest of the procedure will be processed in accordance with the deadlines and stages established in the Law. VII. PRIVACY OF MINORS 

We do not provide services to or approve requests for services from minors. Accordingly, we do not establish or maintain records of Data from any minor of whom we are aware. However, if we discover that we have received Data or personal information from a person who indicates that he or she is a minor, or from any other person we have reason to believe is a minor, we will delete such Data as required by law.

In the event that the minor fraudulently pretends to be of legal age, he/she shall be subject to the corresponding liabilities of any nature.

VIII. CONSENT 

When applicable, if you do not express your opposition for your Data to be treated in the terms indicated in this Notice, it will be understood that you have given your consent to do so. Once the consent has been expressed, the company will not be liable for any damage or harm caused to the customer as long as the provisions of this notice are complied with to the letter.

COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS

We inform you that our website does not use cookies or web beacons to obtain personal information. The only source of information for the company is the one that the client provides us personally, through telephone or e-mail previously provided by the applicant.
